Delegating is awesome
Empathy, Exchange, Ideate, Define, Test, Protoype,
Today we made progress. We've dropped the visual aesthetic of cats, trialed our transparency idea, and are refining the body copy. We've all had our set jobs but also sat down to collaborate.
I'm still working on the body copy and almost at the point of placing it within the proposed layout.
I think the most difficult group to work in can be both people you totally identify with as well as those that are on the other end of the spectrum.
But by dividing the jobs we're getting there.
